Masters Workshop
Do you want to make clothing?
This workshop collaborates skills learnt from the basics and advanced workshops in addition to new techniques. You will learn about invisible zippers, side seam pockets and darts while expanding your knowledge on hems and finishing techniques.
You will be introduced to binding, gathering, setting a sleeve and fitting techniques to set you on track to sewing your own garments.
Item you will sew:
east of grey designed shift dress with gathered sleeves, side seam pocket, bound neckline, centre back invisible zipper and blind hem.
Kim will travel to your home/workplace and teach you on your own machine. You can learn to sew one-to-one or in groups, minimum 3 people per group.
Workshops are run over 4 weeks, one 2 hour session per week for 4 weeks. Workshop sessions are carried out during the week, day and night.
Workshops are also available on weekends, one weekend day for 6 hours.
One-on-one Workshop – 4 weeks: $340+GST
Price per session = $85+GST
One-on-one Weekend Workshop – 6 hours: $320+GST
Group Workshop – 4 weeks: $200+GST
Price per session = $50+GST
Group Weekend Workshop – 6 hours: $160
20% deposit required on booking. 72 hours notice for cancellations.
